Terms of Service
Terms for using TokToolset public TikTok lookup tools, accounts, credits, subscriptions, payments, downloads, exports, and support.
Last updated: 2026-08-25
Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to toktoolset.com and your use of TokToolset's TikTok lookup tools, accounts, credits, subscriptions, payments, downloads, exports, support, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Independent Service
TokToolset is an independent service. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, operated by, or affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance. “TikTok” and related names, logos, and content belong to their respective owners. References to TikTok identify the third-party platform with which publicly available information is associated and do not imply a partnership.
Your use of TikTok and TikTok content remains subject to TikTok's own terms, policies, privacy settings, and the rights of creators and other third parties.
Accounts and Account Security
Some features require a TokToolset account. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep it current, protect your credentials, and accept responsibility for activity performed through your account.
A TokToolset account is for one user. You may not share credentials, pool credits through shared access, resell account access, or use multiple accounts to evade limits or obtain repeated promotional credits. If TokToolset separately offers a multi-user or team feature, its displayed conditions control that feature.
TokToolset may support email and password sign-in or external authentication providers. TokToolset does not require your TikTok password or require you to connect a TikTok account. Contact support@toktoolset.com promptly if you believe your TokToolset credentials have been compromised.
The Service
TokToolset provides tools for requesting information and files that TikTok or supported third-party providers make publicly available. Depending on current availability, the Service may include:
- viewing public account information and profile pictures;
- viewing public stories, posts, reposts, followers, and following lists;
- viewing public comments, replies, and related post information;
- downloading publicly available media where a download option is provided; and
- exporting available public comment data or other generated files expressly offered by the Service.
The Service does not provide access to private content, bypass privacy settings, defeat access controls, or guarantee access to deleted, restricted, unavailable, or non-public content. A public account or post may become private, restricted, deleted, or unavailable at any time. Results may be cached snapshots and may differ from what currently appears on TikTok.
The TokToolset interface is ad-free and does not display third-party advertising. Public TikTok content may still contain creator branding, sponsorships, or platform-provided material. Analytics, security, and customer-support technologies used to operate the Service are not advertising placements.
These Terms do not authorize automated or API access unless TokToolset expressly documents and permits the particular method. We do not promise dedicated support, priority processing, or a service-level commitment unless agreed separately in writing.
What “Anonymous” Means
References to “anonymous” viewing mean that you do not need to sign in to TikTok or provide TokToolset with your TikTok credentials to use the relevant feature. A lookup is not performed through your personal TikTok profile.
Anonymous viewing does not mean that your use of TokToolset is anonymous to TokToolset. We may process account, request, payment, security, device, and technical information as described in our Privacy Policy.
TokToolset does not provide network anonymity or identity concealment and does not guarantee that a request is undetectable by TikTok, a data provider, a hosting or network provider, or another third party.
Limited Service License
While you comply with these Terms, TokToolset grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful personal, internal, or commercial research purposes.
This license applies only to the TokToolset Service. It does not grant ownership of or a license to TikTok content, creator content, public profile information, downloaded media, exported comments, or other third-party material.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, reproduce, or exploit TokToolset's software, interface, brand, or infrastructure except where TokToolset expressly authorizes it or applicable law provides a non-waivable right.
Acceptable Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use or attempt to use the Service to:
- access private accounts or non-public content;
- bypass privacy settings, access controls, request limits, or security measures;
- stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, shame, discriminate against, or otherwise harm another person;
- build unlawful personal dossiers, process sensitive personal information without a valid basis, or make unlawful automated high-impact decisions about individuals;
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, database, or other third-party rights;
- impersonate another person or falsely imply endorsement by TikTok, a creator, or TokToolset;
- republish, sell, license, distribute, or commercially exploit third-party content without the necessary rights;
- use bots, scripts, bulk scraping, automated browsers, or another automated method unless TokToolset expressly authorizes it;
- share accounts or credentials, resell access, evade payments or credit charges, or circumvent account restrictions or feature limits;
- create duplicate or deceptive accounts to obtain repeated promotional credits;
- introduce malware, probe vulnerabilities, interfere with operation, or overload the Service or its providers; or
- violate any applicable law, court order, contractual duty, or third-party platform term.
TokToolset may investigate suspected violations and may restrict requests, revoke promotional benefits, suspend access, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, its users, creators, providers, or third parties.
Third-Party Content, Downloads, and Exports
TikTok creators and other rights holders retain their rights in profiles, images, videos, music, text, comments, usernames, and related content. TokToolset does not grant you ownership of or a new license to that content.
The availability of a view, download, media variant, or export does not mean that the material is free to use or that copyright, privacy, publicity, data-protection, contractual, or other rights have been cleared. You are responsible for determining whether you may lawfully view, download, export, store, analyze, copy, publish, share, or otherwise use a result and for obtaining any required permission or legal basis.
Comment exports and similar results may contain public information about individuals. You are responsible for handling that information lawfully and securely and deleting it when you no longer have a valid reason to retain it.
If you believe material accessible through the Service infringes your rights, contact support@toktoolset.com with enough information for us to review the request.
Results and Accuracy
Results are supplied using data returned by third-party providers. They may be incomplete, delayed, cached, unavailable, inaccurate, duplicated, or different from information currently shown on TikTok.
An empty result may mean that no public content was available, that the provider returned no matching data, or that the relevant content changed before the request completed. TokToolset does not verify creator statements and does not guarantee that a result is accurate, lawful, current, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Credits
Some Service actions require credits. Credit costs may depend on the selected feature, provider steps, eligible cached data, pagination, export size, processing requirements, and current provider costs. The applicable credit amount is displayed in the Service or pricing information and may change prospectively.
Credits may be deducted when an action begins. Longer-running actions may reserve an estimated amount and then settle the actual successful cost, returning any unused reservation.
If TokToolset records a provider or processing failure after credits have been consumed or reserved, the applicable credits are returned automatically or through reconciliation. A request that completes successfully but returns an empty, partial, or no-content result is not necessarily a processing failure and may still consume credits.
Credit quantities, promotional conditions, and expiration periods are determined by the product or offer displayed when credits are granted or purchased. Promotional credits may be limited to one grant per eligible user and may be withheld or revoked in cases of fraud, duplicate-account abuse, payment reversal, or error.
Credits are Service units, not money. They cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred between users or accounts, or earn interest. Subscription and promotional credits expire under the conditions displayed for the relevant product or offer. Current one-time credit packs are offered without an expiration date while the account and Service remain available, subject to these Terms.
Prices and Payment Processing
Prices, currency, billing periods, credit quantities, and product conditions are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed by the third-party payment provider shown during checkout, which may apply its own terms, privacy policy, authentication requirements, and processing rules.
You authorize the charge displayed when you complete a purchase. For a recurring subscription, you also authorize recurring charges until the subscription is canceled.
If a payment fails, is canceled, is reversed, becomes subject to a dispute or chargeback, or is reasonably suspected of fraud, TokToolset may suspend related access, withhold or revoke related credits, or require the issue to be resolved before further use.
Subscriptions and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically for the displayed billing period until canceled. You may request cancellation through the account billing area.
Cancellation timing and status are determined by the payment provider's confirmation. Depending on the provider, cancellation may take effect immediately or on another date shown in the confirmation. Once confirmed, cancellation stops renewals according to that provider status. You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation takes effect.
Cancellation does not convert credits into money, extend their expiration, or create a refund right. Stopping use of the Service or requesting account deletion does not replace the subscription-cancellation process. Cancel an active subscription through the billing area before requesting account deletion.
Refunds
Except where a refund or another remedy is required by law, applies to a confirmed duplicate or unauthorized charge, or is expressly stated by TokToolset, subscription charges and credit purchases are non-refundable. Contact support@toktoolset.com promptly if you believe a charge was duplicated or unauthorized; we may request information needed to verify the claim.
TokToolset does not promise prorated refunds, credits for unused subscription time, or cash refunds for unused Service credits. A refund or adjustment granted in one case does not require the same result in another case.
Returns of credits following a recorded provider or processing failure are Service-credit reversals, not refunds of the original purchase price.
Third-Party Services
The Service depends on third parties for public TikTok information, story processing, authentication, payment processing, email, hosting, storage, analytics, and other infrastructure. Current data providers may include TikHub and Apify.
Third-party providers may change their services, coverage, prices, limits, interfaces, retention practices, or policies without TokToolset's control. A provider outage, restriction, policy change, or data omission may delay, limit, change, or prevent a TokToolset feature from operating.
Support
Support may be available through the in-account support area or at support@toktoolset.com. TokToolset does not guarantee a response time, resolution time, priority queue, dedicated representative, or support service level unless agreed separately in writing.
Not every request can be resolved where the issue depends on TikTok, a data provider, a payment provider, or another third party.
Availability, Suspension, and Termination
The Service is provided without an uptime or availability guarantee. TokToolset may add, change, limit, suspend, replace, or withdraw features, providers, fields, limits, credit costs, or processing methods for technical, legal, security, operational, cost, or provider-related reasons.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Active subscriptions must be canceled through the account billing area. You may request account deletion by contacting support@toktoolset.com.
TokToolset may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these Terms; fail to pay or incur a payment reversal or chargeback; misuse credits, promotions, accounts, downloads, or exports; create legal, privacy, fraud, security, or operational risk; interfere with the Service or its providers; or must be restricted because of a valid legal requirement or third-party provider decision. TokToolset may also discontinue the Service or an essential feature.
Suspension or termination does not create a refund or cash-redemption right except where required by law. Provisions concerning payments, intellectual property, third-party rights, disclaimers, liability, and obligations that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
TokToolset Intellectual Property and Feedback
TokToolset and its licensors retain their rights in the Service, including its software, interface, design, workflows, documentation, brand, and logos. These rights do not include third-party TikTok content.
If you voluntarily provide feedback or suggestions, you permit TokToolset to use them to develop and improve the Service without compensation or obligation, provided we do not publicly identify you without an appropriate basis.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” TokToolset does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, remain available in its current form, return a result for every request, or provide accurate, complete, current, or lawful information.
The Service and its results are not legal, compliance, financial, employment, credit, investigative, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating results before relying on them. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokToolset is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, data, goodwill, content, or use arising from the Service, third-party content, downloads, exports, provider failures, or unauthorized use of an account.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited or affects non-waivable rights.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify TokToolset against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, breach of these Terms, misuse of downloaded or exported material, or violation of another person's rights.
Changes to These Terms
TokToolset may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, providers, pricing model, operational practices, or applicable requirements. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated date. Additional notice may be provided when appropriate.
Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where that method is permitted. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the Service and cancel any active subscription.
